About this opportunity
My KoKo is a coconut water brand being built for simultaneous launch across Europe and beyond. The technology is cutting-edge and first of its kind. The founding team is being assembled now.
The European project manager is the person who keeps the commercial side of the project moving: coordinating between the product, commercial, and marketing teams, pushing suppliers to deliver exactly what the business needs, and making sure nothing waits on anything else.
This is an invitation to join that team at the moment the real work begins.
The role
Title
Project manager, Europe. Reporting directly to the founder.
Start date
September 2026.
What you own
- Day-to-day coordination across the product, commercial, and marketing teams. Ensuring every workstream moves at the pace the business plan requires
- Supplier follow-up: working closely with the product director to push packaging suppliers, production partners, and marketing material producers in China to deliver on time, on spec, and at the right cost
- Launch readiness: tracking all moving parts including product approvals, packaging production, logistics, commercial pipeline, and marketing materials so the European launch happens when it is supposed to
- Purchase order tracking: every order placed with every supplier has a status, a deadline, and an owner. You are the one who knows all of it at any given moment
- Risk flagging: you see what is about to slip before it slips, and you bring a solution at the same time as the problem
- Reporting: clean, concise, and accurate updates to the founder and the board. No noise, just signal
- Tool and process ownership: you own the project management stack and make sure every team member uses it correctly
- Collaboration with the Vietnam operations team to align on production timelines, material deliveries, and factory readiness
Compensation
My KoKo offers compensation built to outperform the market, not match it. The base salary is competitive and reviewed annually with no ceiling defined. It grows with the scope, the results, and the scale of the business.
The contract structure is your choice: employment (in jurisdictions where social taxes are reasonable) or freelance contractor in any jurisdiction.
A meaningful share of the company capital is on the table for the right person, vesting progressively over four years with a one-year cliff. We are building a ten-figure business (eleven, maybe). The people who join now and build it with us share in that. The equity is for people who are here to build something, not to collect a grant and leave. We will find a way to make it liquid when the time comes.
Working conditions
| Location | Full remote, Europe-based. |
| Time off | 30 paid days per year, inclusive of public holidays, placed at your discretion outside of peak season. |
| Work travel | All business travel covered: supplier visits, trade fairs, team gatherings, and occasional Asia trips. |
| Annual trip | One company-organised trip per year: a week, a destination that reflects the brand. Sun, beach, the places this product lives. |
| Tools | Slack, Google Workspace Pro, ClickUp, Canva, Claude, and ChatGPT. Full access to the TOSSIT asset network: brand materials, operational frameworks, and supplier relationships from day one. |
What we are looking for
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of project management experience in consumer goods, food and beverage, retail, or a fast-scaling startup
- European citizen with full mobility across Europe. Travel to Asia is occasional but part of the role
- Languages: English plus at least one of French, Spanish, or Italian at professional level. A third European language is a strong advantage
- Strong data and tool skills: spreadsheets, AI-assisted workflows, project management platforms, and reporting come naturally to you. You build your own trackers and do not wait for someone else to
- Calm under pressure, precise in communication, and genuinely intolerant of things being stuck
