About this opportunity

My KoKo is a coconut brand born in Hội An, Vietnam, and we are building our founding community before we launch in Europe and the United States within the next 18 months. This role is on the ground, in one of Thailand's most tourist-dense beach towns, talking to travellers every day and turning them into the first people who ever heard of us. The earlier you join, the greater the advantages you carry forward with the brand.

The role

You will be based in a tourist-heavy beach town in Thailand. The exact location is open and can be discussed based on your situation. The requirements are simple: dense Western tourist foot traffic, beach culture, and a town where people slow down and stay a while. Think Krabi, Koh Phangan, Koh Samui, or similar.

• Offer free fresh coconuts to tourists in exchange for following the My KoKo Instagram account and give them a business card to complete a short registration form with a unique code
• Target: 80 new real followers per day, 6 days a week (or 7, up to you), 2,100 followers per month
• Source your daily coconut stock from local suppliers: you manage the logistics, we provide the budget
• Capture photos and short video clips of interactions for the brand account daily
• Upload a minimum of 2 photos per day to a shared iCloud folder
• Create stories and posts for the My KoKo Instagram account, with location tag
• Report weekly metrics to the team: new followers, form submissions, content delivered
• Identify and contact a reliable local supplier for small green or brown coconuts
• Source straws and any field equipment needed to serve cleanly and efficiently (a drill to open them fast is the method we recommend)
• Manage a daily stock of approximately 80 coconuts per working day
• Operate with a light mobile chariot or cart to move through tourist zones

Compensation

Base salary is $550 per month. On top of that, a monthly performance bonus applies based on form completions.

Content bonuses apply on top of the performance bonus. Stories: $10 per story (1 story = 5 consecutive posts, location tag required, up to 15 per month, maximum $150/month). Posts: $5 base plus up to $10 engagement bonus, up to 10 posts per month, maximum $150/month. Maximum monthly earnings: $1,070.

We advance $675 USD to cover the first 15 days of coconut supply (50 coconuts/day at $0.90 per unit). Once you run out (after 9 days normally), let us know and the budget is replenished. A separate one-time budget covers business cards and unique code labels, sourced locally.

Working conditions

6 days a week, 8 hours per day, with 1 free day of your choice. During peak tourist season you may choose to work 7 days and take more rest at quieter times. Fully autonomous in the field, with remote direction and weekly check-ins with the team. This is an outdoor, on-the-ground role in a beach town of your choosing in Thailand.
