Coming soon. From Hội An.

The real thing.
Finally.

Nothing in a European fridge tastes like a fresh coconut on a beach. We are about to change that.

The truth no one tells you

It was never coconut water.

They filter it. They heat it. They strip out half of what makes a coconut taste like a coconut. Then they box it for two years and call it natural. Anyone who has had a fresh one on a beach in the tropics will tell you the carton is not even close. We were not willing to accept that. Neither should you.

The obsession

We could not find it. So we built it.

It started with a question on a beach in Hội An. Why can the rest of the world not drink what we drink here every morning? We tried every coconut water on every shelf in Europe. Not one was real. So we went to the source. We worked with the best engineers we could find, pushed them past every limit they knew, and refused to stop until what came out was indistinguishable from a coconut picked the same morning. Blind tasted, by people who drink two real ones a day. We could not tell them apart. That is the only standard we accept.

Built from scratch. First of its kind. Coming to Europe soon.

The ritual

Cold. Slow. Everyday.

Not a treat. Not an occasion. The small moment you give yourself, every single day, that feels like a holiday.

Morning

Eyes still half closed. First cold sip. The day actually starts here.

02

Afternoon

The Tuesday slump. Three o'clock. Cold, real, no sugar crash. A break that actually works.

Sunday

A BBQ. Friends in the garden. The first one tries it. The whole table follows.

From the field

Pieces of the obsession.

Short reads from the trips, the lab, and the trees that started it all.

Hội An

He did not read about coconuts. He climbed the trees.

Opening coconuts by hand at a Canton street market

Canton

We needed to know if the idea was even possible. So we got on a plane, walked into a Chinese street market, and started cracking the raw material open with our hands.

Measuring Brix levels in coconut water with a refractometer

The lab

There is one number that tells you whether a coconut is real. We measured it until we could not get it wrong.

Heard early

Three people. Three sips. Three reactions.

A handful of people have tasted what we are building. None of them gave it back politely.

I tasted it blind against a fresh coconut. I could not tell them apart.

I dropped my afternoon energy drink for this. Actually works.
